Colchester, Essex

A 3.1 acre site on the edge of Colchester, Essex, close to the Weston Homes Community Stadium, and next to a major urban expansion of the City.

​Planning consent was granted by Colchester Borough Council for 26 houses in March 2017, including 5 affordable units and a large area of public open space linking the site to a future park on adjacent land.

Earls Colne, Essex

A 12.1 acre site on the edge of Earls Colne, a large and sustainable village in North Essex. The site is being promoted for a development of 53 including affordable housing and public open space.

Dovercourt, Essex

A 4.5 acre site on the edge of Dovercourt, near Harwich, Essex. The site was successfully allocated in the draft Tendring District Council local plan and outline planning consent was secured for 42 houses, including a single affordable unit to be gifted to the council, in June 2018.

Monkton, Kent

6.4 acres in Monkton, Kent. The site is in a sustainable location, enclosed by development on three sides with playing fields on the fourth. There is a primary school across the road. The site is being promoted for a development of around 50 houses including affordable housing and public open space.

Walkern, Hertfordshire

A 2 acre, brownfield site on the edge of a large Hertfordshire village. The site faced constraints due to its location within the Village's conservation area and its narrow road access. Part of the site had existing use as a builders yard.

Full planning consent was secured at appeal for a small, sensitive and high quality development of 4 traditional houses which included improvements to the road network. The site was sold in April 2018 and construction is now underway.

Ash, Kent

A 0.5 acre site on in the village of Ash, Kent, purchased by the group with a view to its planning potential. Although it was an infill site, the local authority considered the land outside of the village boundary and constrained by proximity to the conservation area.

Ultimately, Dover District Council granted outline consent for two large detached houses and the site was subsequently sold. Construction is now underway.

Brentwood, Essex

A 2.4 acre industrial site in Brentwood, Essex. A town centre purchased by the group with a view to its long term development potential.

Heyhill secured allocation for residential use in the Local Plan and obtained planning consent for 128 apartments. The site was subsequently sold to Lidl for a supermarket development.

Great Houghton, Yorkshire

A 0.5 acre site in Great Houghton, South Yorkshire, purchased by the company with a view to its planning potential.

​Planning permission was granted by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for five townhouses and a bungalow and the site was subsequently sold. The development has now been completed.
